SOSTeam, formerly the Student Org Supporter Team (SOSTM), has expanded its scope and rebranded to reflect our significant growth. As we continue to evolve with advancements in information technology, we anticipate further refinements to our branding in the future. Our team is currently preparing for significant strategic developments in our organizational direction and overall planning.
We operate as a non-profit organization with distinct for-profit divisions. These divisions undertake projects for major corporations. The revenue generated is channelled directly into our core mission: providing free talent development and access to crucial resources. Our primary focus areas include computer technology, server infrastructure, software and hardware development resources, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
In essence, revenue from our for-profit arms is used to fund initiatives akin to public services. We are committed to ensuring that individuals eager to learn – but who may lack the necessary resources, professional networks, or financial means – can access these valuable opportunities. These resources are provided free of charge not only to our internal team members but are also extended to external individuals, community groups, small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and start-ups that require support and operate with limited funding.
Our activities are global, with team members and operational points in Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa.

SOSTeamは、旧称「学生運営支援チーム（Student Org Supporter Team, SOSTM）」として発足し、組織規模の拡大に伴い現在の名称へと変更いたしました。情報技術の発展に合わせ、将来的には更なる名称変更も計画しております。現在、当チームは組織の方向性と計画において、重要な転換期に備えております。
当組織は、非営利組織でありながら収益事業部門を有しております。これらの部門では大手企業等からのプロジェクトを受託し、そこから得られた収益は、主にコンピュータ技術、サーバーおよび開発リソース（ソフトウェア、ハードウェア）、AI活用といったテクノロジー分野における人材育成とリソースの無償提供に充てられています。
収益部門で得た資金は、いわば「公共サービス」に近い形で活用され、学習意欲がありながらも必要なリソース、人脈、あるいは資金が不足している方々に対し、その機会を提供することを目的としています。これらのリソースは、当組織内部のチームメンバーに限らず、支援を必要とし資金的に制約のある外部の個人や団体、さらには中小企業やスタートアップ企業へも無償で提供しております。
私たちの活動はグローバルに展開しており、アジア、ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、アフリカの各地にメンバーと活動拠点がございます。
